In late 2022, we used DMV Kitchen and Bath to fully gut and renovate a full bathroom in an old DC rowhouse. We highly recommend them. We worked primarily with Frank on the project. Frank was great through every step of the process. He helped us clarify and finalize our design, dealt with DC permits, and worked with us throughout the project, and he was very responsive to our questions and request for a touch up after the project was complete. When unexpected issues arose, Frank would give us options and help us decide what would best meet our needs. For example, when it became clear the very old water pipes feeding the bathroom needed to be replaced, Frank provided a list of options at various price points and walked us through the implications of each option. Even with a hiccup like that -- happening the day before Thanksgiving -- the project was only briefly delayed. We couldn’t be any happier with DMV Kitchen and Bath and can’t wait until we decide to redo our 2nd bathroom! The experience from start to finish was everything we could’ve ever expected and more. It started with the free in home quote for the removal of our tub/shower combo to walk in shower and the easy and seamless communication from the beginning was smooth and clear. Our PM Lucas answered every question my husband and I had which gave us peace of mind and we had a lot . We had several other contractors provide quotes and some didn’t even provide a quote or even show up for an estimate. We felt the pricing for the scope of work was well in line and fair for the area , experience and amount of work to accomplish. Once we signed with DMV Kitchen and Bath we picked all our materials with the help from Lucas and even got ahead of schedule to start the demo and reno. On the day of , we met with Lucas , Jefferson and Maynor to do a walkthrough. The next few days flew by with no interruptions to our workday since we WFH as both Maynor and Jefferson were very accommodating to our environment. They were organized , easy to talk too and most importantly got the job done right and exactly how we wanted. Maynor even worked all day on a saturday which was much appreciated. What made the experience even more pleasurable was we have a young puppy that Maynor and Jefferson were so friendly and interactive with. The gentlemen who came to install the sliding glass door and do all the finishings were also great to work with. There are not enough STARS to give DMV Kitchen and Bath! This was our first renovation project in an 80 year old house; we had a primary bathroom completely gutted and renovated into one that supported aging in place. Lucas was our project manager and did an incredible job. His communication was SUPERB and their bid was one of the best of 6 companies we compared. Lucas answered every single question we had and made sure we felt confident. The team working in our house, Jacinto and Jefferson, were so talented, kind and meticulous. Our house was always left incredibly clean and we were given the opportunity to ask questions every single day. This company is second to none. They did an excellent job in renovating our kitchen including custom cabinet installation and new countertops&backsplash, installing a new hardwood floor, and kitchen and dinning room as well as basement recessed light installation. DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March

In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality  materials throughout, not builder-grade.

This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. Each time they have done superior work when it comes to:

•	Promptness
•	Letting you know cost early
•	Neatness of work
•	Pleasantness
