DMV just finished re-doing the entire first floor of our duplex in DC and we are more than delighted with the result.  They redid the kitchen, the powder room, installed new hardwood floors, removed cabinets and shelving in LR and painted the entire first floor.  It is beautiful and they more than realized our vision.  Furthermore they stayed on schedule and were pleasant and professional throughout. We recently had a renovation completed by DMV Kitchen and Bath and we are extremely happy with the results. The office staff, the crew and the project mangers were very professional, responded quickly to any emails and went above and beyond to make sure our master bath was everything we wanted.  The crew was very patient and took time to verify changes we had made along the way. Our vision was brought to life and we are extremely satisfied. DMV Kitchen and Bath just finished the second project at our home. The first in late 2022 was a major upgrade and enlargement of a primary bathroom and creation of a walk-in closet. We love it and it turned out gorgeous. The second project was finished in November 2024 and the results are even better. We needed to repair a room in the basement that had had water damage. We decided to include a variety of other updates for our home at the same time. DMV worked closely with us to bring our vision into existence. In the basement we now have a new fourth bedroom, including 2 large new closets along with new lighting, paint and doors in other rooms on that level. The large laundry room was gutted with new kitchen cabinets and pantries installed along with new lighting. The other 2 bathrooms in the house were upgraded to the same vanities and cabinets as the primary bathroom. Javier provided great assistance helping us with the design, selection of materials, and practicality of various ideas and solutions. David, as leader of the construction crew, was exceptionally good at communicating with us and coordinating and supervising all of the workers involved in the project. DMV Kitchen and Bath was amazing! This is the second time they worked on a bathroom for me. Lucas, the designer, kept me constantly updated on the dates for the installs and promptly answered my questions about the work being done. William, the installer/craftsman, did absolutely gorgeous work especially on the wood paneling. DMV did a wonderful job on our remodeled master bathroom.  Ivan was very skilled in the remodeling project.  Ivan was able to complete the project start to finish.  Ivan’s skills are the best I have seen in remodeling work.  The new bathroom is luxurious and feels like an exclusive expensive hotel bathroom. DMV was the first of 6 contractors that I had spoken with to completely remodel my kitchen. They were prompt, to the point, and quick to give a design and a quote. I liked their input and ideas, but surfed around for another month, worked with an architect and several other designers, and evetually came back to what DMV had designed from the beginning. (Wish I had skipped the pricey architect!) They gave good advice on things that seemed so simple (cabinet pulls) but were overwhelming when you looked at all of the possible options. The job only took 18 days (though the space was "easy" since my basement is unfinished and they had easy access to move pipes, wiring and ducts. My electric panel also had a lot of space in it and did not require any crazy upgrade.) The only minor delays were my fault as I took some time mulling over a few things. My neighbors commented that the workers were extremely courteous, clean, and quiet and did not disturb them throughout the project. My kitchen renovation did not change the footprint, however, I did move an extrerior door and changed the size and placement of a new window. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule and on budget. Everything was kept clean while in process and I was really not inconvenienced by not haing a workable kitchen very much at all.
