We worked primarily with Frank on the project. Frank was great through every step of the process. He helped us clarify and finalize our design, dealt with DC permits, and worked with us throughout the project, and he was very responsive to our questions and request for a touch up after the project was complete. When unexpected issues arose, Frank would give us options and help us decide what would best meet our needs. For example, when it became clear the very old water pipes feeding the bathroom needed to be replaced, Frank provided a list of options at various price points and walked us through the implications of each option. Even with a hiccup like that -- happening the day before Thanksgiving -- the project was only briefly delayed. The project was completed within days of the target finish date, even with those unexpected issues arising.
